Today's advice: Take a break. Hang out with a friend. Do something different. Or do nothing at all, at least for a bit. The flow of world culture and the ongoing march of history will allow for it. I promise. It won't upset the cosmic balance. In fact, it may just realign the harmonies of the universe, at least in so far as they impinge on your own soul.
If you're reading this in the US, I know how hard such advice can be. For high achievers, it's tough to just sit back and do nothing for a while. I get it. We're all driven. But we shouldn't be driven - we should be the drivers. And, you know, now and then, it's Ok to put it on cruise control. Stretch out. Relax a bit.
In the end, it's not a break from the process, it's an important, and actually vital, part of the process.
Then, you can return to work refreshed, a small oasis of renewed energy in the galaxy.
